RHP Alex Ramos Released

The Orioles have released RHP Alex Ramos from Single-A Delmarva's roster. Ramos was a high school UDFA after the 2024 draft, out of the New York high school ranks. The 6'3" righty was committed to Florida International University, but had just undergone Tommy John surgery and elected to sign with the Orioles instead to complete his rehab. He brought an intriguing three-pitch mix with a fastball that touched 96 mph, but did not see a single game of action in 2025 or 2026.
